Careers & Ventures
Don't just get placed. Get launched. We turn classroom work into real outcomes-jobs, clients, studios, and brands-with a north star that's simple: graduates who lead and build.
What is Launch Studio
Vision
A design school whose graduates are not just employable but economically generative-creating work, value, and culture across markets.

Craft with Commerce
Aesthetics paired with unit economics.
Team Sport
Collaboration, critique, documentation, delivery.
Founder Mindset
Ownership, bias to action, ethical growth.
Global Sense
Local context, international standards.
Our Method
Cindrebay Certified is second to none.
Cindrebay Certified means a graduate who can be trusted with responsibility, steady under pressure, and sound in both design and delivery.
At Cindrebay, we take the making of a professional seriously. Skill alone doesn't make a designer; clarity, discipline, and confidence do. Every class, critique, and project is a step toward readiness-thinking through a problem, drawing it with precision, presenting it clearly, and defending it with reason.
Faculty with real studio experience stay close to the work, correcting details, questioning choices, and insisting on industry standards. Deadlines are real; revisions are expected.
Beyond Placement
Don't chase offers.
Find co-founders.
We believe the next leap for design in India will come from its risk-takers. So while we prepare our students to be among the most employable in the market, we also urge them to look beyond it-to start up, to hire, to build.
At Cindrebay, ambition is not measured by the offer letter but by the courage to create something of one's own. We guide our graduates to think like founders: to take responsibility, to generate work for others, and to contribute to a growing, self-reliant design industry.
